Manchester
As part of our device donation scheme, we supported Manchester City Council’s Digital Inclusion Team in tackling the digital divide across their community.
Sunnyside
Rural Trust
XMA developed a work experience programme based out of our warehouse facilities with Sunnyside Rural Trust, a thriving charity and social enterprise offering training and work experience for 150 vulnerable people.
Nature Based
Blades
Together with our partners, we are investing £150,000 into the “Nature Based Blades” project to educate Sheffield’s youth on climate action.

Carbon Reduction Plan
As part of our journey to Net Zero, we publish our annual Carbon Reduction Plan. In 2024, our total emissions of 933.64 tCO2 e represented a 49.3% reduction against our 2019 baseline.
