Lee Hemani
Founder and CEO

Leon (Lee) Hemani joined XMA in 2010, initially as Sales Director following its acquisition of his Direct IT business. Within XMA, Lee brought breadth and depth to relationships with key vendor partners and concurrently sponsored developing relationships with new vendors.

Lea-Ann Mclean
Chief People Officer

Lea-Ann joined XMA in 2021 as our HR Director, quickly advancing to become Chief People Officer. Representing the people function, Lea-Ann has worked closely with business stakeholders to build a highly-skilled and respected HR function within XMA that focuses on driving our core values and making XMA a great place to work for all.

Luke Pickering
Chief Financial Officer

Luke drives the financial strategy and planning for XMA Group. He uses his experience and knowledge to develop internal policies and procedures to ensure a fluid operation. He holds a strong track record in financial leadership; building teams and delivering business-critical projects.
