Lee Hemani

Chief Executive Officer

Leon (Lee) Hemani joined XMA in 2010, initially as Sales Director following its acquisition of his Direct IT business. Within XMA, Lee brought breadth and depth to relationships with key vendor partners and concurrently sponsored developing relationships with new vendors.

Kelvin Lee

Chief Revenue Officer

With over 20 years of procurement, supply chain and operations experience in the Private and Public sector, Kelvin now works to provide XMA with a clear roadmap to continuing success. 

Tony Taylor

Chief Financial Officer

Tony leads the XMA financial operations, always with the aim of unlocking maximum value – not just for XMA, but for our customers as well. With a strong track-record in financial leadership and an exceptionally broad skill set, Tony has helped build teams and deliver business-critical projects across multiple different regions. Tony’s many years’ experience in the IT channel brings a breadth of knowledge and expertise to XMA, well beyond his financial remit.

Lea-Ann Mclean

Chief People Officer

Lea-Ann joined XMA in 2021 as our HR Director, quickly advancing to become Chief People Officer. Representing the people function, Lea-Ann has worked closely with business stakeholders to build a highly-skilled and respected HR function within XMA that focuses on driving our core values and making XMA a great place to work for all.

Operational Excellence Board

The Operational Excellence Board drive Operational eXcellence across all areas of the business. By constantly reviewing and challenging our processes, they drive our organisation’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Lucy Miller

Supply Chain Director

Lucy Miller Supply Chain Director Lucy is responsible for the Customer Experience Pillar within XMA.

Encouraging collaboration across all business functions, nurture great relationships internally ensuring they work in harmony to consistently deliver eXceptional end-to-end customer eXperience across all stages, channels, and touchpoints in our customer journeys.

Luke Pickering

Financial Controller

Luke Pickering Financial Director Luke is XMA’s extremely talented Financial Director, providing XMA with financial guidance and strategic planning to support various business activities. He uses his experience and knowledge to develop internal policies and procedures to ensure an XMA’ runs smoothly. Luke has a strong track record in financial leadership and an exceptionally broad skill set, having helped build teams and deliver business-critical projects across multiple different regions.

Jason Birtwell

Director of Information Technology & Compliance

Jason is XMA’s highly commercially aware and experienced IT Director, who has a successful background in B2B, B2C, warehousing, logistics, transport and vending solutions in retail, consumer, technology, commercial & corporate sectors.

With a hands-on approach to successful IT leadership, engaging with key business stakeholders and 3rd parties, Jason delivers ‘cost appropriate’ IT solutions and business process change via emerging technology solutions in a number of different European countries for both internal and external customers.

Cerian Morris

Director of HR, Employee
Relations and Service Delivery

Ceri joined XMA in February 2022 having previously spent 4.5 years in Channel Distribution as a HR Business Partner, supporting HR Operations across 20 EMEA countries. Since joining XMA, her role has focused on delivering, driving and embedding our People & HR Strategies across the business and applying operational and customer service eXcellence in every employee and customer interaction HR has.

Over the last 2 years XMA has significantly invested, and HR in turn has transformed the benefits that we offer our staff, making XMA truly a ‘Great Place to Work’. Our benefits packages are now industry leading, something which her and our wider HR Team are very proud to achieve. As an Operational Excellence Board member, her role is to review and challenge the status quo, supporting her fellow Board members in continuous improvement initiatives.

Business Development Board

The Business Development Board are constantly developing and implementing growth strategies – whether that’s new technologies or new markets. They are also tasked with creating tailored customer propositions to expand the scope of what we can do, currently and in the future.

Dennis Fox

Sales Director Devolved Nations

Dennis is an ambitious Sales Director with the vision and leadership insights to strategically plan, direct and advance organizational performance on existing and emerging business opportunities. Dynamic change agent focused on execution to drive sales and operational excellence across multiple divisions.

Expertise in providing breakthrough leadership to achieve strategic goals, build coalition to support and drive business growth and manage change in a Global environment.

Paul Harrison

Sales Director England

Paul is a motivated Sales Director who consistently monitors market activity, business trends and technologies to build relevant sales teams.

Thrives as both a sales leader and client sponsor with the goal of delivering customer service excellence generating results for the team and the wider business – a true team player.

At ease under pressure, reacting quickly, effectively and appropriately re-prioritising work and influencing others where necessary to get the job done.

Darren Howe

Strategy, Commercial Development & ESG Director

Darren is XMA’s Commercial and ESG Director with a wealth of experience in key leadership and relationship roles where company growth has been maximised and market share increased.

A driven and highly tenacious leader who thrives on a global platform, using breadth of management experience and entrepreneurial thinking who would enhance any forward-thinking organisation

James Perkins

Commercial and Marketing Director

James is passionate about building high achieving customer centric teams to support and drive our customers challenges and issues, so they can delight their stakeholders and customers. He brings over 20 years in the IT channel across multiple countries, Corporate and SMB sectors, Enterprise, software and Devices categories to name a few, and services organisations. He also brings experience in E-procurement, E-commerce to help our customers drive success.

James runs Commerical, Sales, Pricing and Marketing functions to ensure XMA develops the best commercial, processes and propositions to drive success. He is in the perfect position to lead the commercial and marketing functions to promote and find the best solutions for customers.

Tanith Russell

Sales Operations Director

With 20 years’ experience in Technology and Consumer electronic sales verticals, Tanith is XMA’s Sales Operations Director.

She is very experienced is the transformation of individuals, teams and systems. Skilled in identifying problem areas and driving change to achieve divisional sales targets and wider corporate objectives.

Terry Chana

Chief Technology Officer
They architect technology ecosystems that address customer challengers with skills and insight, and formulate forward-looking innovation blueprints, to help our customers maintain their competitive edge.

With over 17 years in the IT channel, Terry leads XMA’s Customer Success division, shaping technology direction, championing customer advocacy, and defining the brand’s market identity.

He oversees a team of consultants, architects, and customer success managers, building ecosystems with best-of-breed partners. Terry is ultimately responsible for ensuring XMA’s commitment to innovation and excellence. 

Services Board

The Services Board implement the Service strategy – whether that’s short, medium, or long-term. Running as a standalone function with XMA, they collaborate with various stakeholders to create partnerships, ensure business alignment, and create new service opportunities.

Kelvin Lee

Chief Revenue Officer

With over 20 years of procurement, supply chain and operations experience in the Private and Public sector, Kelvin now works to provide XMA with a clear roadmap to continuing success. He works closely with key internal stakeholders and our strategic supply chain partners to ensure expectations are always met or exceeded. Kelvin’s remit is ever expanding and his strong leadership capabilities has also seen him take ownership of our commercial division.

Lea-Ann Mclean

Representing the people function, Lea-Ann has worked closely with business stakeholders to build a highly-skilled and respected HR function within XMA that focuses on driving our core values and making XMA a great place to work for all.

She has an exceptional track record of high-performance delivery in both SME’s and large geographically dispersed matrix organisations with multi-site regions across the UK and EMEA. She is adept at combining the responsibility for leading a HR team, with strategic and operational management of the function. Providing a comprehensive generalist HR service and supporting senior leaders across multiple functions, in conjunction with responsibility for large multi discipline transformation and integration restructures.

Arlene Burnside

Services Finance Director

As Services Finance Director, Arlene is responsible for governing the commercial and financial processes that are the backbone of our Services Business. Working together with Sales and Operations, their aim is to grow XMA’s services business through innovation and investment, expanding our services capability and creating efficiencies that will improve our customers’ experience

Jimmy Devlin

Services Director

As Services Director working alongside the rest of the Service Board, Jimmy helps set strategic direction with the aim of growing the XMA Service business through innovation and strategic investment.

Jimmy’s role as Services Director is to lead the delivery and operational functions of the services business, focused on customer experience and service capability while driving efficiencies through automation and shift left.
