Working under strict ISO governance, we perform a variety of pre-installation and deployment services, including the asset tagging, engraving and security marking of end user devices, installation of audio visual and telephony solutions and the racking of servers and storage.

Solution Engineering

Utilising industry recognised, multi-vendor toolsets, we deploy 2nd and 3rd line support to help manage the implementation and maintenance of technical infrastructure solutions. From the installation and configuration of servers, desktops, laptops, data migration and printers, through to troubleshooting on networking, firewalls and wireless, our Solution Engineers will integrate seamlessly into your technical team to help manage your project throughout its lifetime.

Maintenance

Our technical support team handles thousands of incidents per month, providing 24×7, SLA based maintenance and support. From desk-side support, troubleshooting and proactive remote management, through to dedicated onsite support and break-fix, we deploy suitably experienced and qualified technicians on-demand, to get you back up and running.
