Location: Glasgow

The purpose of the role is to champion the online customer experience and to create a 'best in class' customer journey, which drives: customer satisfaction, repeat visits, optimal conversion and sales.

Lead Configuration Engineer

Location: Andover

XMA is looking to recruit a Lead Configuration Engineer. The role will take responsibility as the technical escalation and mentor for the technical development of the team. Also, support onboarding of new customers, develop best practices and a key support member for the Team Supervisor.

Location: Nottingham

Working alongside the Business Development Manager on a small number of named Multi-Academy Trust customers. Growing the business through effectively selling the full range of XMA’s products and services to maximise revenues and margin and achieve set targets.

Internal Account Manager Managed Services

Location: Nottingham

Working alongside the Business Development Relationship Manager on a small number of contracted Multi-Academy Trust Managed Service customers. Growing the business through effectively selling the full range of XMA’s products and services to maximise revenues and margin and achieve set targets.

Internal Account Manager

Location: Nottingham

To grow via telephone sales, through new business development and account management a portfolio of public sector accounts. Through effectively selling the full range of XMA’s products and services in order to maximise revenues and margin and achieve set targets.

HP Client Vendor Manager

Location: St Albans

Understand, manage and promote the HP product range through vendor relationships and thoroughly understanding the dynamics of the market, customers and contracts. Ability to work with the sales teams (internals and externals) to drive product sales and deals through to the customers.

Business Development Relationship Manager

Location: Nottingham

Responsible for managing the overall customer relationship with a small number of contracted Multi-Academy Trust Managed Service customers. Focusing on the retention of the customers, expanding the business, developing extra lines of business, and increasing the overall efficiency and profitability for the customers.
