Service Management and Service Desk

We operate a fully dedicated ITIL compliant IT Service Desk delivering 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to our customers, built on the industry recognised and class leading IT Service Management (ITSM) tool, LANDesk. This gives our customers a single point of contact for resolution of all IT related incidents and requests.

Additionally, this is the heart of our Service Management function as it is from here that all of the key ITIL disciplines such as Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management are operated and controlled.

Engineering Support

We operate a large and diverse range of highly skilled and industry accredited specialists, delivering against a variety of SLA’s and support requirements. This includes a UK wide network of field based staff, providing 24×7 technical and maintenance services, site based customer dedicated engineering resource, through to technical solution architects and engineers.

Project Services

From our dedicated Project Management Office (PMO), we can deliver all aspects of any IT related project, whether that be as simple as the supply of resource on a Time and Management (T&M) basis, or as complex as a full end-to-end turnkey requirement where we take full ownership of all aspects of a project, including outcomes and risks. All of this is delivered from our team of highly experienced, Prince 2 accredited Programme and Project managers.

Remote Monitoring and Management

Through the use of industry leading tools, we offer a full range of remote management services, allowing us to proactively monitor and manage your IT infrastructure 24×7, all designed to maximise effectiveness and minimise system downtime and failures.

Managed Document Services

Our Managed Document Solutions (MDS) will manage every aspect of your printing and document management, helping you to gain visibility and control, start saving money and improve document and endpoint security.
