From the initial envisioning of the Connected Falkirk programme, we worked with XMA through their Apple Planning Essentials workshop, which allowed us to identify the key tasks and accountabilities for our partnership working. XMA have supported the Connected Falkirk team vision all the way through this journey, from logistics to learning.

This was an incredible opportunity for the trainees to gain more work based skills in a completely different environment, working alongside other people external to our organisation. Not only was it a new environment for the trainees, but there were workplace systems in place that needed to be followed, such as the health and safety of a warehouse, which can be quite intimidating to some. The work we set out to do involved focussing and listening as part of a production line setup; there was a lot of moving quickly from one job to the next and the trainees adapted very well to this.
This Scottish Council embarked on an ambitious project to create a Learning Campus, a state-of-the-art facility merging several educational institutions. This modern, low-carbon campus aimed to provide an exceptional learning environment for pupils, students, and staff.
With the end-of-life for Windows 10 approaching in October 2025, the NHS Board faced the significant task of migrating their entire IT infrastructure to Windows 11.
The Scottish Borders Council is a Scottish Local Authority that’s home to over 110,000 citizens. Scottish Borders Council approached XMA to support its device refresh and renew its four-year lease term with Apple. The council’s aim was to continue the success of its Inspire Learning programme, an ambitious 1:1 iPad initiative for pupils, teachers, and education staff.
