Our printers have a high usage and we have found that if we have them serviced every two weeks that increases a device’s up-time significantly. We verified the annual costs on each machine to work out our total cost of ownership. There were other options in the marketplace but XMA’s solution offered a very good saving. Thanks to our deal with XMA, we also have a fixed cost per page for the duration of our contract.

Martin Williams, Stores Development Manager, CPC

This was one of the best-organised and most thoroughly well managed projects I’ve ever had the pleasure of being involved in. The planning was spot on, the on-site team had a hands-on attitude to resolving any problems immediately and we were left with a fully functioning print solution, delivered as planned.

Matt Pearn, Technical Services Manager, Hatch End High School

I love the work and the people are great – I feel very much part of the team. I am learning a lot and the experience is preparing me well for the world of work. I can’t wait to spend more time at XMA and when I finish school I would love to do an apprenticeship with the company.”

Kit Swerdlow, Work Placement Student

In collaboration with Djanogly Academy, XMA coordinated the running of a community competition, that focused on eWell-Being in the sustainable use of ICT and demonstrate how effective they have been in addressing a social and/or environmental issue.

XMA’s enthusiasm and commitment enabled us to create a great, bespoke programme to captivate the learners in a largely project-based format, so the learners could use their creative talents, experience and understanding of ICT use in school and college life.

Christina Bond, Industrial Cadets

Utilising key staff across XMA and our partners businesses, we run employability workshops within the University that will support the embedding of employability skills in areas such as:

Students were so pleased with the work they did with Andy and Guy that we are now speaking with XMA about work placements at Westcoast partners for three students, who have a passion for ICT.

Reflects Samantha, Assistant Principal.

This project has been transformational across Teesside University, completely changing our approach to learning and teaching.”

Jonathan Eaton, Academic Registrar

The Circular Economy approach delivered by XMA proves that what’s good for the environment can also have positive business value. We have the potential to reinvest the funds from the sale of our used & recycled equipment to buy new, more powerful technology that boosts our productivity and enables us to better serve our staff and residents.

Gloucestershire Care Services NHS Trust has an important job – caring for the health and well-being of roughly 600,000 people. Part of England’s National Health Service, Gloucestershire Care Services (GCS) runs the county’s community hospitals, and provides an array of community and therapy services for adults and children.

With many of its 2,700 employees administering services in people’s homes and various locations around the county, GCS caters to the needs of a mobile work force where connectivity and speed are extremely important. “Our goal is to provide colleagues with the most reliable technology and our patients with a stable clinical environment. “
