Telesales Executive - £14K - £16k basic + £4K commission + benefits

Selling a range IT products, your job will be to ensure that our existing customer accounts are managed effectively, ensuring that all sales opportunities are maximised, as well as contacting new customers and developing new business. You will have experience in telesales and business to business account management. With an understanding of how to deliver excellent customer service, you’ll be able to drive our thriving business forward using your personality, determination and ability to meet targets. Customer Support Representative - £14k basic + bonus + benefits

This varied customer facing role will provide you with the opportunity to deal with a number of different tasks on a regular basis including taking customer orders, answering pricing and stock availability queries as well as problem resolution. Our ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with experience of customer service and administration. If your seeking an opportunity to progress your career within sales then this role will provide you with a good foundation for business to business sales.

Credit Controller - £15K - £18K basic + bonus + benefits

Working as part of a friendly team reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for all aspects of your own ledger and timely collection of revenue. Your background will be in credit control and you will now be ready for a new challenge. This is a demanding role, which will see you spending the majority of your time on the phone and being a frontline point of contact for both internal and external credit enquiries. You will be a key player in building and maintaining relationships with our valued customers. A confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills are essential. Alongside being organised and having the ability to deal with large volumes of transactions in a deadline driven working environment, you will be able to demonstrate a proactive and tenacious approach to the role.
